Requirements
  • A Speech Pathology license or proof of eligibility from the California Board of Speech Pathology is required.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience as a licensed speech-language pathologist is required.
  • CCS paneling or approval is required within one year of hire when assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21 and the employee qualifies for the requirement.
  • English written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Experience providing speech therapy to a diverse group of patients is required.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
  • The ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload is required.
  • Applicants must provide proof of work authorization in the United States.
  • Successful candidates must complete a background check and Live Scan.
  • Successful candidates must comply with applicable vaccination policies and the drug-free environment policy.
Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic management of speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders.
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions.
  • Perform discharge planning.
