  • This position is based in our Reston, VA office and offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with strategic business objectives
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices to ensure compliance and foster an engaging work environment
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions with the ability to resolve employee relations concerns through effective, thorough and objective investigations and manager coaching
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement proactive solutions
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in employment laws
  • Cultivate a positive company culture by promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR-related projects and initiatives
