Talent Attraction Intern

We are seeking a Talent Attraction Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate communications, and talent-focused events while contributing directly to improving the candidate journey.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution of internal and external recruitment events.

• Help manage, track, and optimize the employee referral program.

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect, organize, and maintain career site content, including testimonials, photos, and videos.

• Manage routine updates and postings on external recruitment platforms, monitor activity, track engagement, and support recruiters and hiring managers in promoting opportunities.

• Support DEI-related research and assist in creating resources to enhance inclusive recruitment practices.

• The roleinvolvesdaily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong interest in recruitment and creating a positive candidate experience.

• Customer-service oriented mindset.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
