About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team in our regional office in Atlanta,GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Analyst to support the administration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform. Working under the direction of a Senior Manager within IT, this role partners closely with finance and operational teams to improve system functionality, streamline business processes, and ensure stable, reliable performance.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily administration and end-user support for the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
Configure system settings, including legal entities and security roles/permissions.
Identify and support process improvements, enhancements, and system optimization.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional needs.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and third-party consultants to deliver system changes.
Coordinate and perform functional testing, including UAT and deployment support.
Support system releases, regression testing, and maintain RSAT automation scripts.
Monitor system performance, track issues, and help drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

Exposure to finance/accounting functions (e.g., GL, AP, AR).
Interest in troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
This position is fully in-office.

Preferred:

2–3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX).
Familiarity with RSAT or other automated testing tools.
Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar work tracking tools).
Experience documenting business requirements and/or functional specifications.
Exposure to integrations, data management, or Microsoft Power Platform.
