  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or commensurate experience.
  • 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or a combination of both.
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional, matrixed teams in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow migrations and implementations.
  • Proficiency in architecture modeling tools such as UMO or ArchiMate.
  • Experience with enterprise-level architectures, including headless platforms and microservices environments.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Core Products (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM) and Industry Solutions (e.g., Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing).
  • Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and engaging with senior leadership, including C-level executives.
  • Ability and willingness to travel when necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, technical environments, and strategic goals.
  • Translate discovery insights into high-level solution architectures aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Develop resource plans, project timelines, and effort estimates to support sales pursuits and client proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including Sales teams, Delivery Leads, and Clients—to define winning engagement strategies.
  • Craft compelling solution narratives, architecture diagrams, scope definitions, and supporting documentation for sales presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring accurate scoping, deliverables, and delivery models.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses by leveraging existing assets and creating new content that provides strategic and technical guidance.
  • Partner with Perficient’s ServiceNow Leadership team to position the company as a trusted advisor and preferred consulting partner.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the ServiceNow ecosystem and adopt scalable, value-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with Perficient’s ServiceNow sales, delivery, and industry teams to align with go-to-market strategies and industry trends.
  • Stay current on ServiceNow product updates, new features, and platform innovations to continuously refine sales strategies and solution offerings.
