Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years of experience in all phases of architectural projects
  • Architectural license
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel. Knowledge of Revit and Adobe Create Suite preferred.
  • Knowledge in management of project business: scope, fee, schedule, work plans and budget
  • HCAI/ OSHPD Experience
Responsibilities
  • Preparing schedules, budgets, and work plan documents during all phases of the project
  • Reviewing contractual and financial construction administration documents
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, builders, governing authorities, stakeholders, and team members
  • Leading and growing a team within the studio
  • Working on healthcare projects and serving as the Architect of Record
  • Mentoring team members and helping to train and upskill them
  • Living and breathing the project from inception to completion and being able to turn your hand to all aspects of the project
