Requirements
  • Experience working with high school students or youth programs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to supervise students in a residential setting.
  • Commitment to supporting first-generation students.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with TRIO programs.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise students during program and residential activities.
  • Support student engagement and community building.
  • Coordinate evening check-ins and assist with nighttime monitoring.
  • Enforce program and residence hall expectations.
  • Communicate student concerns to professional staff.
  • Assist with program setup and daily operations.
  • Support academic programming and workshops.
  • Assist with evening programming, including social and leadership activities.
  • Build positive relationships with students while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
Desired Qualifications
  • Upper-class college students or graduate students are preferred.
