Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in management, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field of study is required.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in a corporate environment managing multiple complex projects simultaneously is required.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies across various functions is required.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello and data analysis tools is required.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects involving facilities, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or business transformation initiatives is required.

  • Experience coordinating with legal teams regarding contracts, easements, title matters, compliance, and regulatory requirements is required.
  • Understanding of site development activities including utilities, grading, infrastructure improvements, and civil engineering coordination is required.
  • Experience supporting operational transitions, facility startups, or business continuity planning is required.
  • The candidate must be a United States citizen or United States permanent resident.
  • The candidate must comply with and support corporate safety initiatives and abide by the company's Code of Conduct.
  • Occasional travel, including some overnight travel, may be required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage assigned operational projects from initiation through deployment and completion.
  • Define project purpose, scope, objectives, performance requirements, budget, cost, timeline, return-on-investment assessment, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Review project deliverables for coverage and quality and ensure attainment of project objectives.
  • Collaborate with department managers to assign project resources and achieve project objectives.
  • Document work status relative to the plan using project tracking tools and partner with stakeholders to complete the project plan.
  • Prepare weekly reports and updates for managers and, when required, senior management.
  • Close projects in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support adoption of project initiatives.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Create and manage communication plans throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees and managers adapting to new processes and systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate change management effectiveness and adjust efforts as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, quality assurance, and other departments to implement projects successfully.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Assess project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
  • Use project management software and tools to track progress, manage resources, and report project status.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management on project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Ensure projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Promote a safety-first culture in project-related activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Mini-Circuits Launches Wideband Digital Step Attenuator from 0.1 to 24 GHz

Mini-Circuits launches wideband digital step attenuator from 0.1 to 24 GHz. Mini-Circuits has introduced the ZX76-24G-30-S+, a 50 ohm coaxial solid-state digital step attenuator designed for wideband RF applications spanning 0.1 to 24 GHz. Engineered for precision and flexibility, the attenuator offers programmable attenuation from 0 to 31.5 dB in 0.5 dB steps, providing fine control over signal levels across a wide frequency range. The ZX76-24G-30-S+ features a 6-bit parallel control interface that requires no external clock and supports dual (+3.3 V / -3.0 V) or single-supply operation (+3.3 V to +5.4 V). Built for durability in demanding environments, it delivers high input IP3 performance of +50 dBm, good return loss (typical 15 dB), and glitch-free attenuation transitions, making it well-suited for test instrumentation, communication infrastructure, and defense applications such as radar, EW, ECM, and SATCOM systems. The device's robust design also ensures immunity to latch-up and stable operation from 0°C to +50°C, while supporting input power levels up to +22 dBm. It operates with an insertion loss as low as 3 dB (typically) up to 13 GHz and 4.5 dB (typically) up to 24 GHz. To simplify integration, Mini-Circuits includes a CBL-5FT-MPD+ pigtail control cable, featuring stripped wire ends and a pre-mounted connector for easy interface with the attenuator's 10-pin digital control port. Compact and rugged, the ZX76-24G-30-S+ combines precision, programmability, and wide frequency coverage, enabling engineers to achieve reliable signal conditioning in both laboratory and field setups.
