Requirements
  • B.S. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources and administration
  • Knowledge of core HR processes: compensation and benefits, recruiting and staffing, safety and compliance; training, development, and retention
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal communication
  • Great interpersonal skills and customer service
  • Initiative in resolving problems and an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to work
  • Keen attention for detail
  • Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to get to work locations in SOMA, SF and South San Francisco
Responsibilities
  • Implementing processes and procedures related to core HR functions
  • Acting as primary benefits administrator
  • Supporting management and contributing to the operations team by accomplishing results as needed
  • Leading people operations, and proactively contributing to organizational operations, company culture and employee happiness.
