Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Working experience in a quantitative field, Financial/Credit Card industry
  • Must have Demonstrated ability in data retrieving and manipulation as well as proficient analytical skills
  • Excellent analytic ability and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including excellent MS Excel skills to develop analytic presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, and adaptive to matrix work environment
  • Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Design next generation KPIs that summarize and inform both expense and revenue opportunities.
  • Lead CRS Credit Card new accounts performance analytics, outlook and trends to inform further strategies to increase acquisition volumes.
  • Build diagnostics frameworks and analytical insights to map underlying drivers, emerging risks and opportunities to drive growth.
  • Drive efforts on ad hoc, time sensitive exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis and/or qualitative analysis to provide additional insights and context on outlooks, underlying conditions driving current acquisition outlook and trends,
  • Establish value of new accounts, net present value (NPV) to size profitability of acquisitions and acquisition programs
  • Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, etc.
  • Coordinate data gathering from external sources to inform analysis, and ensure that data is provided to appropriate teams to drive other analytic responsibilities,
  • Cross-functional collaboration and driving programs to logic closure by identifying and rallying relevant teams, building consensus with functional and senior stakeholders and implementing recommendations
  • Work with marketing, finance, and risk teams to optimize, enhance, and expand programs to drive new accounts application efficiency relative to retail transactions.
  • Partner with the portfolio Chief Analytics Officers to deliver analytic solutions to business initiatives. Work with local and offshore resources and provide analytic leadership and project management.
  • Conduct segmentation analytics and develop targeting tools across the customer Life Cycle. Develop experimental test design, campaign performance tracking and recommend changes in strategies.
  • Support Business and Global Data Analytics functions in Audits and Business Control activities.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Document data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis; which may include utilizing statistical models / algorithms and data visualization techniques
