  • Develop a growth-oriented testing and campaign roadmap applying rigorous metric-driven prioritization principles to support various commercial lines across subscription and e-commerce business models
  • Set clear metrics and revenue targets for lifecycle channels; develop team rituals and analytics capabilities to track, measure and investigate root cause analysis across KPIs. Report on the performance to the peers and leadership team
  • Develop a technical and data CRM roadmap in close partnership with the Core Experience & Platform team to enable data accuracy, 3d party reliability, personalization, and superior segmentation capabilities
  • Drive lifecycle channel user experience excellence: your team ensures the content is delivered successfully to the right audiences and troubleshoots any technical issues with engineering partners with great urgency
  • Partner with the Physical Product Development team to develop physical inserts & delights lifecycle program that aligns with digital lifecycle strategy and drives top-line profit
  • Lead annual lifecycle revenue and budget planning, partnering with your manager and finance team-own lifecycle vendor budget and relationships (Iterable, Twillio, creative agencies & contractors)
  • Develop a performance-driven creative design system and testing engine that (1) sets high standards for lifecycle content, (2) is scalable, and (3) drives measurable results
