Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as FP&A Analyst in a similar position
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot table, data formulas, etc.)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
  • The ability to evaluate workload and prioritize multiple tasks to meet project deadlines
  • High technical skills (maintaining and working with FP&A systems)
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and function as a team member
Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining yearly budget and rolling forecast.
  • Monthly/ Quarterly tracking of budget vs. actual analysis decks of the company performance with financial insights.
  • Be a business partner to functional owners throughout the organization; provide value-added insights to enable senior management to optimize actual spending.
  • Build financial models to support forecasts and various ad-hoc requests, providing added value insights to management to support business decisions.
  • Analyze the business activity and trends.
  • Take part in the monthly closing process.
  • Support with the investor package.
  • Support the FP&A team with the implementation of a new business initiative.
