  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a Marketing Strategist or Marketing Campaign Manager
  • Strong ability to plan and execute on timelines
  • Strong analytical mind and creative thinking ability
  • Strong knowledge of B2C digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well and communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Good project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
  • Ideating and developing B2C digital marketing campaigns to support CPG client advertising goals in app and in digital marketing spaces
  • Developing procedures for the proper implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Briefing copy writers, graphic designers, and media buyers about the campaign requirements
  • Managing and completing campaigns on time
  • Ensuring all campaigns reflect brand guidelines for Shopmium and client
  • Analyzing campaign performance and preparing client reports
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders from sales, product, B2B marketing, media buying and B2C marketing teams
  • Preparing campaign schedule and assigning timelines
  • Gathering campaign information, creative and other resources needed to execute campaigns
  • Implementing improvement measures when required
