Requirements
  • 8+ years in client-facing roles, ideally within a digital consultancy or agency environment.
  • Proven success managing enterprise client accounts ($5M–$25M+).
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, customer experience, commerce, and agile delivery models.
  • Experience with cross-functional and distributed team leadership.
  • Proficient in commercial constructs: pricing, statement of work creation, contract renewals.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Manage project plans with project manager and business analysts on regular basis to influence delivery rigor and excellence across every workstream.
  • Provide strategic oversight across 3–6 complex digital workstreams (e.g., commerce, customer experience, personalization).
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and strategists to ensure high-performance delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal delivery methodologies, playbooks, and planning tools.
  • Ensure execution readiness by aligning roadmap, delivery pods, and technical execution.
  • Co-author statements of work (SOWs) and define scopes, assumptions, and delivery models.
  • Track and report on budgets, timelines, and KPIs across client portfolios.
  • Partner with finance, sales, and delivery operations to ensure accurate forecasting and profitability.
  • Lead contract renewal discussions by showcasing business value delivered.
  • Mentor and coach client delivery and strategy team members.
  • Identify and nurture high-potential talent within delivery pods.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and practice leaders to staff engagements with the right talent.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and enterprise project management platforms is a plus.
  • PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certifications preferred.
