  • Your energetic and collaborative approach to work with internal teams from People & Culture, IT, Finance, and business units
  • Your curiosity and flexibility in working in an agile fast-paced environment
  • 4-year college Bachelor's Degree
  • The HRIS product manager must have 2+ years of experience with HR capital systems and understand process, data, and organizational change management
Responsibilities
  • Optimize the HR capital ecosystem to deliver accurate data, flawless integrations and deliver intuitive user experience
  • Design and implement new projects related to people and culture systems and influence the future technical roadmap
  • Coordinate and educate across the internal organizations, including compensation, benefits, finance, training and development, people partners and IT for a comprehensive approach to employee data, solutions, and information
  • Define use cases for function and feasibility, collect business requirements, create, and manage test plans to deliver the best possible outcome for the business
