The LA Clippers are now accepting applications for our 2025-26 VIP Services Team Members! Team Members play an instrumental role in creating a best-in-class experience for our fans before, during, and after each Clippers home game at Intuit Dome. We are built differently, committed to the Fan Experience, and are looking for Team Members to rise to the occasion! 

This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is not eligible for benefits. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts, NBA games, and special events. Team Members must be available for at least 30 games throughout the 2025-26 season. 

What You Will Do

TheVIP Services team provides white glove service to our VIP guests, clients, and executives. We are the first impression when our VIPs arrive and assist them throughout their time at Intuit Dome. We ensure a seamless experience from their arrival to their departure. We provide support to our high-level executives and to other departments with special requests, activations/events, escorting, gifting, and more. Our goal is to create memorable experiences for our VIP guests.

• Set-up amenities for VIP guests (contractual obligations, special occasion/celebration, etc.).
• Inspect & monitor VIP space environments prior to doors and during each event.
• Set-up and facilitate VIP activations (in suites, on the court, etc.).
• Actively check-in with VIP guests & troubleshoot questions/issues right away.
• Greet & escort VIP guests from their arrival to departure.
• Deliver gifts to VIP guests as needed.
• Assist with set-up and strike of special events as needed.

Your Background, Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in a client facing role with an emphasis on customer service
• Polished interpersonal and communication skills interacting with a variety of high profile guests and fans
• Ability to excel in teams and individually as required by business need.
• Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• Able to read, write and take directions in English.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and positively interact in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
• Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover NBA games.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Essential Physical Requirements 

• Able to lift or move equipment up to 40 pounds
• Able to stand, sit or remain in a stationary position during shift
• Able to bend at the waist, reach overhead and horizontal
• Comfortable working at various heights and in small or enclosed spaces
• Both indoor and outdoor environments; indoor conditions are generally air-conditioned, while outdoor conditions may include inclement weather such as direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, sleet, and wind.
• Exposure to high noise levels and high vibrations

About Intuit Dome:

Opened in August 2024, Intuit Dome is the new home of the LA Clippers and will host hundreds of sporting events and concerts each year. Located in Inglewood, Calif., Intuit Dome is built different -- it will redefine fans’ expectations for live experiences and change the music landscape in Los Angeles.

Set to host the 2026 NBA All-Star game and Olympic Basketball in 2028, Intuit Dome is over 1 million square feet and features our team training center, business operations offices, five full-sized basketball courts, an 80,000 square foot outdoor plaza and a double-sided Halo Board composed of more than an acre of LED.

Compensation

• $17.87 per hour. Expected hours of work per week vary by department.
• We provide staff parking for each game.
• The role is classified as a part-time, non-exempt position.

Orientation & Onboarding
