Requirements
  • Five to seven years of IT support experience with progression into Level 2 and Level 3 responsibilities.
  • Three to five years of experience in a formal enterprise help desk or service desk environment.
  • Experience working with vendors and service-level-agreement-based support models.

Responsibilities
  • Support onsite and remote users across distributed environments by troubleshooting endpoint, network, and collaboration tools in hybrid work settings.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and system issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot enterprise applications, identity, and connectivity issues.
  • Deliver Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical support for end users and enterprise systems.
  • Maintain documentation and communication throughout escalation stages to support continuous improvement and service-level-agreement-driven resolution.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, patching, and application deployment.
  • Manage endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Support endpoint imaging, deployment, upgrades, and the broader endpoint lifecycle.
  • Manage the deployment, tracking, auditing, and retirement of IT assets, including devices, audiovisual equipment, and network hardware.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, asset ownership, and location tracking using IT service management and asset tools.
  • Support refresh cycles and conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot issues affecting Microsoft Secure Score pillars, including identity, data, applications, and endpoints.
  • Use Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and information protection by applying sensitivity labels, classifying data, and enforcing policies across on-premises, cloud, and software-as-a-service environments.
  • Configure, support, and maintain conference room technology, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, video conferencing systems, displays, and audiovisual hardware.
  • Troubleshoot meeting room and collaboration technology issues.
  • Manage incidents and service requests using IT service management tools.
  • Prioritize and resolve issues based on business impact and service-level-agreement requirements.
  • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem management initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term improvements.
  • Enforce IT security policies, endpoint compliance, and Conditional Access controls.
  • Support endpoint protection tools such as Microsoft Defender.
  • Participate in patching, vulnerability remediation, and security initiatives.
  • Provide end-user support and training on Microsoft 365, Teams, conferencing tools, and enterprise systems.
  • Promote security awareness and best practices, including multifactor authentication and phishing awareness.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools for troubleshooting, ticket triage, and knowledge management.
  • Engage and manage external vendors and managed service providers, coordinate issue resolution, track performance against service-level agreements, participate in vendor quarterly business reviews, and escalate issues to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Support enterprise artificial intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot and artificial-intelligence-driven platforms, and facilitate end-user adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using scripting and artificial-intelligence-driven workflows while ensuring responsible, secure, and compliant use.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to address complex issues and align technical teams with business users.
  • Share technical knowledge to support team learning.
  • Identify and address risks from user actions, system flaws, and configuration issues.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
