Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree with 1-2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in operating chromatography systems including Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (AKTA) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (Agilent), and applying chromatographic techniques such as affinity chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, size-exclusion chromatography, and ion exchange chromatography.
- Experience in protein characterization techniques including sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, size-exclusion chromatography (SEC), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, and western blotting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Diligence, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
