After an initial consultation, clients are paired with a therapist whose style and expertise align with their goals, helping adults address anxiety, depression, and stress. Sessions occur in thoughtfully designed clinics and via teletherapy to improve accessibility. The company handles insurance claims on behalf of clients, making therapy more affordable and easy to access. • March 26, 2025 expansion reached 75% of the U.S. population in-network.
  • Its 2026 publication strengthens employer branding and payer sales with measurable outcomes.

What critics are saying

  • Rula, Headway, and BetterHelp compress pricing while Two Chairs carries clinician-heavy costs.
  • Two Chairs still relies on virtual care for 95% of visits, limiting moat.
  • If payer contracts tighten in 2026, referral growth stalls and clinic economics break.
