  • GED or High School Diploma
  • C.N.A certification preferred
  • Ability to read, write and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and vendors
  • Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide & percentages

Responsibilities

  • Managing inventory
  • Stocking the facility and organizing the inventory
  • Communicating and managing the overuse of items
  • Identifying new products and systems that would benefit the nursing staff and facility
  • Helping in other departments as needed
  • Maintaining a budget
  • Maintains good relationships with outside vendors
  • Basic understanding of contracts and ordering software
