Requirements
  • Enrollment in a graduate degree-seeking program at the University of Arkansas, with a minimum 3.0 GPA and at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve and prioritize.
  • Ability to multitask and think critically and logically.
  • Regular, reliable, and nondisruptive attendance.
  • Ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and sex offender registry check.
Responsibilities
  • Support the design, implementation, and analysis of assessments and evaluation strategies that measure the effectiveness of employee, supervisor, leadership, and technical development programs.
  • Gather and analyze data to ensure programs meet participant needs, achieve desired learning outcomes, and inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support the Talent and Organization Development team while working closely with the Director of Talent and Organization Development and the Manager of Training Design and Effectiveness.
  • Perform additional responsibilities related to talent development, employee engagement, performance management, and well-being as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Enrollment in Human Resources Development, Adult and Lifelong Learning, Business Administration, Educational Technology, or Operations Management.
  • Experience in employee development, organizational development, instructional design, or user experience design.
  • Experience with research, data organization, writing, presentation development, or creating employee-facing resources.
