- Graduate with Engineering and IT specialization.
- Strong technical knowledge in developing Oracle Fusion OTBI and BIP Reports.
- Should have minimum functional knowledge in Fusion Modules: Oracle Core Human Resources, Oracle Learning, Oracle Recruiting, Compensation, Absence Management, Oracle Talent Management.
- Strong technical skills to develop OTBI and BIP Reports in the above modules.
- Knowledge of Fusion OTBI security.
- Knowledge of creating Dashboards in OTBI.
- Able to schedule the BIP reports using delivery options like FTP or Email.
- Ability to work independently with Business Analyst.
- Ability to create test data in the Fusion modules required for unit testing.
- Knowledge to create the technical design document and Unit Test Plan for unit testing.
- Participate in Report design meetings with Analyst and provide best technical solutions.
- Serve as go-to subject matter expert for OTBI and BIP reporting and Security for Oracle HCM Modules.
- Knowledge of DevOps for updating the support tickets.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentations) and inter-personal skills.
- Develop reports on Oracle HCM Cloud for all modules using Oracle Fusion OTBI and BIP.
- Create dashboards and configure OTBI security.
- Schedule BIP reports using delivery options such as FTP or Email.
- Work independently with Business Analyst to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Create test data in the Fusion modules for unit testing.
- Create the technical design document and Unit Test Plan for unit testing.
