  • 7+ years of marketing experience owning and managing conversion rate test and control programs that resulted in significant revenue growth at SaaS companies
  • Analytical and data-driven marketer who can balance the left and right parts of their brain to apply both creativity and objectivity to their marketing initiatives (you know how to make a key part of the inbound buyer's journey shine brighter as much as you know your way around an Excel pivot table)
  • Technical acumen of the marketing systems, attribution models, and processes, with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Optimize (or Optimizely or similar testing platforms), and basic knowledge of website behavior platforms (ie. Hotjar, FullStory, Contentsquare, Crazy Egg), conversational marketing platforms (ie. Drift, Qualified), CRMs (ie. Salesforce CRM and Marketo)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven success in utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills
  • Experience working with testing platforms, such as Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser or Optimizely, preferably creating personalized campaigns with “next best action” outcomes
  • Strong working knowledge of digital direct marketing industry and latest trends
  • Performance marketing oriented with proven results in driving new account/customer growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, where resourcefulness and initiative are highly rewarded
  • Hyper organized with proven ability to execute and implement digital campaigns across multiple channels and brands
  • Detail focused to ensure test and campaign output is accurate and meaningful, and all learnings are documented for future reference
  • Identify appropriate KPIs to track and measure the effectiveness of tests (ie. MQLs, Opportunities, Revenue Booked, Average Deal Size). Apply robust analysis to derive insights and meaning from the metrics. Drive progress on those metrics by implementing and optimizing resources, processes, and technology
  • Drive the test design and strategy for all acquisition channels. Manage and communicate business requirements to a development team in order to build new acquisition experiences. Ability to translate marketing and creative needs into user experiences is key
  • Create a holistic view of the buyer funnel to test/learn/optimize all Marketing messages and materials on owned channels to ensure a data-based understanding of the best ways to market and sell to each buyer persona
  • Measure, dashboard, and report on the results of your tests and improvements in conversion rate
  • Design and implement test frameworks that employ a test and control methodology to measure the impact on campaign response and program ROI
  • Synthesize and share campaign results and best practices
  • Build and maintain a strong, collaborative working relationship with internal design and UX teams as our primary resources for digital creative and user experience flows. The ability to communicate a vision, obtain buy-in and/or come to an agreed upon compromise will be critical for success
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing managers, product, creative and development teams to ensure marketing campaigns deliver the most impact possible showcasing ModMed's suite of differentiating product features
  • Provide recommendations based on best practices and previous test learnings
  • Drive an ongoing roadmap of hypothesis-driven testing to drive conversion improvement using web analytics, channel performance data, and internal revenue data
  • Manage a conversion optimization agency to plan and execute testing across our website, email, advertising concepts and messaging
  • Lead the development and documentation of testing and UX best practices for improving conversion rate
  • Build and execute testing roadmap across our website, email campaigns, paid search ads, display ads, direct mail, and all other testable marketing channels
  • Measure, dashboard, and report on the results of your tests and improvements in conversion rate
