  • Proven success in collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team in achieving established objectives
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
  • Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
  • Demonstrates knowledge of financials; billing reports, invoicing, term sheets, financial maintenance on projects/clients
  • Provides day-to-day support for client account(s) and internal team, managing relationships and expectations in accordance with agency philosophy
  • Maintains regular client contacts through ongoing updates and overall client servicing
  • Manages the creation of robust activation platforms, potentially including the planning and on-site execution of a community-focused activation platform and hospitality programming
  • Builds thorough understanding of client’s business and activations/events
  • Supports fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables and contractual assets, and provides consultative feedback to the client on opportunities as needed
  • Builds effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams, working cross-functionally to solicit and convey all necessary information in a timely manner (i.e. creative briefs, status grids, program reporting, etc.)
  • Ensures on-site service is impeccable and adheres to best practices standard
  • Ensures that the financial aspects of the programs/account(s) are managed according to agency procedures and conducts monthly budget reviews with client contact(s)
  • Plans and executes assignments that are on strategy, on time and on budget
  • Contributes to overall idea generation with agency team
  • Develops polished client presentations
  • Possess full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission and vision
  • Utilizes all agency resources appropriately and efficiently
  • Mentors more junior team members as required
