About the Role
As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities. You will utilize your expertise in market research, data analysis, and consulting to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Strategic Consultation: Provide strategic guidance to clients based on market research, data analysis, and industry trends.
- Account Planning: Develop account plans to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
- Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs and exceed expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for clients’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities for clients.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ experience in a B2B organization focussed on consulting, market research or data analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Big-4 Consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for creating compelling presentations and analyzing data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
For Canada-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is CAD$31.01 per hour - CAD$32.70 per hour.
