The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Risk and Compliance team you are responsible for processing requests effectively and resourceful while troubleshooting issues and identifying potential solutions for end users. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor others, leveraging your problem-solving skills to navigate complex systems and deliver quality results. This role offers the chance to enhance your technical strengths while building meaningful client connections in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Process requests effectively while troubleshooting issues

- Manage multiple projects by prioritizing tasks efficiently

- Generate reports to assist team leaders in oversight functions

- Design and customize Salesforce reports to meet client needs

- Create dashboards that provide actionable insights

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes of issues

- Assure timely completion of tasks in a dynamic environment

- Uphold professional standards in every client interaction

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Understand the importance of have a correct information management
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
- Correct Information Security Management

- Proficiency in Salesforce reports and system configuration

- Experience in dashboard design with Power BI

- Demonstrating project management skills in dynamic environments
