Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing and/or sales is required, preferably in medical devices or ophthalmology.
  • Ability to develop and execute portfolio strategies, marketing plans, and product lifecycle initiatives that drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
  • Experience with new product launches, developing compelling value propositions, and driving market adoption through effective positioning, pricing, and commercialization strategies.
  • Experience leveraging market research, competitive intelligence, customer insights, forecasting, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize results.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across Sales, Clinical, Research and Development, Finance, Operations, and Global Marketing teams while building relationships with customers, key opinion leaders, and industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute portfolio strategy and marketing plans to achieve revenue, margin, market share, and lifecycle management objectives.
  • Drive commercial growth through market analysis, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and alignment with Global Marketing and pipeline strategy.
  • Lead product commercialization and launches for surgical platforms and consumables, including positioning, pricing, value proposition development, and adoption optimization.
  • Partner with customers and stakeholders by leading advisory boards and educational programs and incorporating customer insights into product and marketing decisions.
  • Enable sales success through training, messaging, promotional campaigns, digital content, and support for capital equipment selling efforts.
  • Manage business performance and cross-functional execution by collaborating with Sales, Clinical, Research and Development, Finance, and Operations and overseeing forecasting, budgets, compliance, and performance reporting.
Desired Qualifications
