Responsibilities
  • Serve as president of Arch Interim Housing & Empire Furniture Rental
  • Determine and be responsible for all business strategy, operations, and P&L management
  • Lead an experienced team of existing employee owners
  • Develop and lead a team to grow the business through marketing, outreach, and developing new product lines and accounts
  • Work with an office manager/bookkeeper to make decisions about ongoing expenses and capital purchases
  • Handle HR personnel matters including staff disputes, employee performance, job reviews, raises, and bonuses
  • Analyze business methods and practices, including developing and promoting team and company growth opportunities
  • Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Work with Teamshares and fellow shareholders throughout the transition to employee ownership
  • Be a growth leader who enjoys working with employee owners to improve company operations and expand revenue opportunities
