Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an effective segmentation strategy with a high-impact coverage model, leveraging both internal and external sellers, including channel and technology partners, to optimize market coverage
  • Recruit, train, mentor and lead the Germany South Sales team to achieve excellence
  • Drive accountability and performance through structured daily, weekly and monthly sales cadence
  • Lead strategic development and management of the Germany South sales pipeline
  • Ensure achievement and exceed revenue targets assigned to the Germany Sales team
  • Create and implement territory-specific sales strategies to identify and engage key prospects and decision makers
  • Establish and execute regional GTM strategy to enhance sales growth with key partners
  • Provide effective coaching while ensuring high forecast accuracy, superior opportunity management and strategic account planning
  • Orchestrate and manage the successful closure of both strategic and transactional deals within sales cycle
  • Maximize utilization of company resources to support sales campaigns, including marketing, sales development, BDR, customer success, support, engineering, professional services, and executives
  • Enhance Zoom's regional presence through event participation, cultivating senior customer and partner relationships, and expanding professional networks
