Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a talented team of UX Designers and Researchers.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence in UX practices.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions and decision-making, ensuring their needs and pain points are central to our strategy.
  • Drive transformation efforts to evolve the UX function from a supporting role into a strategic partner.
  • Be the champion of intuitive, self-service workflows that make complex processes simple.
  • Host design-thinking and user story mapping workshops.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to align UX initiatives with business goals.
  • Influence decision-making with data-driven insights, user feedback, and design thinking.
  • Work closely with the Product Management team to jointly develop requirements and prioritize features.
  • Ensure UX level of effort and design priorities are considered, influencing the product roadmap to balance user experience with business objectives.
  • Introduce innovative, user-centered design solutions that differentiate our products in the market and drive high win rates.
  • Focus on creating delightful and impactful experiences that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand customer behavior and preferences.
  • Translate these insights into design decisions that create value.
  • Own and refine the design systems, standards, processes, and guidelines for the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across our products.
  • Balance aesthetics with functionality to meet both customer and business needs.
  • Define metrics for UX success and leverage quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact, optimize designs, and continuously iterate on solutions.
