Requirements
  • At least 3 - 4 years working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, off-boarding, application for work passes, annual performance appraisal, and training plans
  • • Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue, and termination
  • • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • • Coaching/advising managers in HR processes and legislative requirements in general, to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with
  • • Formulating and implementing people programs, frameworks, and policies to improve employee experience and support company business growth
  • This includes finding new, creative ways to engage potential and existing team members
  • • Provide human resources support and consultation across the business on the most complex issues, performance management, compensation and rewards, staff relations, and people development
