Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Management professional, passionate about process improvement.
  • Expertise in customer insight practices and deriving insights from diverse data sources.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Transition Management and modern automation-centric Service Management approaches, including Event and Incident management, Catalogue automation, IT Operations Management, and Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).
  • A collaborative, professional, accountable, and trustworthy approach.
  • Experience with IT Service Management toolsets, ideally ServiceNow.
  • Excellent Service Management process and lifecycle management knowledge, with experience in communication and interaction channels.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and matrix management skills.
  • The ability to present complex technical findings clearly and engagingly to all audiences, fostering involvement across change management processes.
Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for service management.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, oversee, and maintain a transparent service catalogue that clearly presents our IT services.
  • Ensure the monitoring, tracking, and consolidation of service status and consumption, demonstrating clear business value.
  • Own and optimise IT services across availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive lifecycle management for IT services within your portfolio, including design and implementation of SLAs/XLAs.
  • Collaborate with experts to align our service portfolio with customer needs and firm policies, including compliance and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM).
  • Engage with vendors to ensure contracts support overall service design and requirements.
  • Champion automation and customer service as forefront considerations in all service designs.
Desired Qualifications
  • Exposure to legal industry-specific technologies and tools (not mandatory).
  • ITIL Foundation qualifications would be a distinct advantage (not mandatory).

Shareholders Are Showing Signs Of Dei Fatigue As Activists Push For More Votes

Shareholders are increasingly showing signs of DEI fatigue as political heat around the issue intensifies across corporate America. Both champions and critics of diversity, equity, and inclusion policies are again pushing companies this annual meeting season to either bolster or diminish their DEI policies via shareholder proposals. But so far, none of these proposals have garnered support from investors at Apple (APPL), Costco (COST), and John Deere (DE). And that's not expected to change as more votes are tabulated at more company shareholder meetings in the coming weeks and months, according to experts who follow these votes. "I don't expect this year that we will see many, if any, get majority support," said Elizabeth Bieber, head counsel for shareholder engagement and activism defense at Freshfields. "And I would expect that, when we look at the numbers, year over year, that we actually see waning support, regardless of which ideological side the proposal tends to fall on." As of the end of February, a total of 21 "anti-DEI" proposals and 16 "pro-DEI" proposals were set for a vote this year among publicly traded companies included in the Russell 3000, according to the voting recommendation firm ISS-Corporate
