Requirements
  • Strong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industry
  • Technical aptitude to work with Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Parking Revenue, Electrified Hardware, and other disciplines of electronic security
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to create detailed estimates and include product vendors and cabling subcontractors where applicable
  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
  • Must be an aggressive hunter skilled in generating leads and developing new business
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System daily
  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record required in advance of hire
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Call on commercial accounts in Las Vegas and surrounding areas and manage relationships with commercial businesses in need of security equipment
  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of electronic security equipment and services
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Las Vegas and surrounding areas
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Maintain and update CRM daily
  • Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
