Requirements

  • Valid Texas Level II Guard License.

  • Ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right of way to identify potential safety and security risks.
  • Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions.
  • Document all interactions in clear and concise written reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required documentation.
  • Communicate and pass pertinent information to fellow team members, other safety teams, and the client.
  • Monitor and detect suspicious behavior to assist in preventing vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior.
  • Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, or possessing prohibited items.
  • Respond to distress calls, alarms, and emergencies such as fires, injuries, or unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
  • Identify and report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all rules and regulations are enforced and followed.
  • Perform other duties as determined by management.
