- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods.
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right of way to identify potential safety and security risks.
- Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions.
- Document all interactions in clear and concise written reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required documentation.
- Communicate and pass pertinent information to fellow team members, other safety teams, and the client.
- Monitor and detect suspicious behavior to assist in preventing vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior.
- Warn violators of infractions such as loitering, smoking, or possessing prohibited items.
- Respond to distress calls, alarms, and emergencies such as fires, injuries, or unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
- Identify and report safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances in a timely manner.
- Ensure all rules and regulations are enforced and followed.
- Perform other duties as determined by management.
