Responsibilities
  • be a culture guide and proactively identify music trends and opportunities for Spotify
  • work cross-functionally with other teams to fulfill company strategic goals and projects
  • focus on the daily music programming and editorial strategy for France and support the Editorial team in the region
  • listen to music from a wide range of musical genres and identify appropriate programming opportunities
  • understand and gain insight of consumer behaviors by analyzing data and analytics
  • collaborate with global and international editorial teams on a variety of projects and programming initiatives
  • be an ambassador within the company for artists from France, helping them grow their fanbase through internal workflows
  • work closely with product teams to integrate human music expertise and cultural insights into product development and features
