  • TS/SCI with a Counterintelligence Polygraph (Preferably with this client)
  • High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree required (dependent on level)
  • 2–10+ years of experience in facility operations, planning, or management
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage large-scale operations
  • Experience with subcontractor oversight and preventive maintenance systems
Responsibilities
  • Direct employee activities related to facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, and maintenance.
  • Acquire resources for facility-related projects and provide technical management of suppliers.
  • Lead process improvements for facilities operations and support services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports.
  • Participate in equipment make/buy decisions and provide technical oversight during source selection.
  • Lead multi-shift operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and some design/engineering support across co-located customer facilities.
  • Manage a diverse team of skilled trades, construction supervisors, and team leads handling both prime and subcontractor projects.
  • Act as primary interface with senior government and military customers to ensure satisfaction with operations.
  • Serve as the Technical Point of Contact for subcontractor work including grounds maintenance, pest/insect control, vehicle barriers, and physical/commercial access security systems.
