We have an opportunity for an FMS F-35 Logistics and Sustainment Analyst to join our team as we support our client’s international initiatives to acquire, deliver, and sustain a fully capable, interoperable, and operationally dominant international FMS nation’s F-35 program. In this role, you’ll directly support the logistic and sustainment manager and program manager by leading the planning and presentations for working groups, logistics readiness reviews, and key integrated logistic support engagements. You’ll also serve in a lead role alongside program leadership to drive and achieve logistics support objectives, including life cycle support, configuration data management, reliability, maintainability and availability, and interfacing with the foreign client.

You Have:
10+ years of experience in working with DoD projects involving foreign nations
Experience with international agreements and projects
Experience with acquisition logistics
Knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of aircraft system acquisition to plan, organize, and coordinate critical aspects of the development, production, and deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment
Knowledge of the aircraft system equipment life cycle phases
Knowledge of federal laws and DoD regulations dealing with acquisition, logistics, and foreign military sales
Ability to interpret complex numerical and written data to determine analysis
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in working with foreign counterparts, including in the PACOM Area of Responsibility
Experience in working with VTOL aircraft
Experience with integration analysis for the implementation and deployment of F-35 Logistics and Sustainment
Knowledge of supporting aircraft, weapon systems, training, and program management
Knowledge of Security Assistance (SA) and Security Cooperation (SC) programs, including the FMS sales process, such as case development, implementation, execution, and closure
Ability to prepare and present convincing oral and written presentations to any or all levels of government and industry management to effectively prove and justify significant deviations from established sustainment policy and defend necessary modifications to previously approved plans
Possession of excellent diplomatic skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Management, or Finance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
