As a Patient Access Manager, you will manage business office functions, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining customer and patient focus. This role plays an intricate part in managing day to day operations within emergency and outpatient department registration. You will manage team schedules, office coverage, time off requests, reporting and perform daily rounding’s, while identifying workflow issues and providing solutions.
To thrive in this role, you will have leadership experience in a fast-paced health care or other customer focused environment. You should have proven success mentoring and coaching a team while holding each member accountable to client deliverables. You should be self-motivated, possess sharp attention to detail and proficiency working within various software systems.
This is an onsite position in Paris, Texas.
Here’s what you can expect:
Assist in establishing and implementing departmental initiatives.
Develop and coach team members in skills and processes to promote quality.
Measure and monitor KPI metrics related to AR performance with an emphasis on aging categories.
Prepare, analyze, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports on key AR metrics as assigned.
Fill in production gaps when needed.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $51,750.00 - $74,018.70 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
