This position requires onsite presence in Prescott, Arizona.

- Tolerance or appetite for change and some degree of ambiguity that comes with working in a startup environment
- Lead the multidisciplinary team to provide world class care to patients with common lung disorders including COPD, asthma and sleep apnea.
- Care for patients in-clinic and via telehealth during normal business hours Monday-Friday
- Establish care plan for each patient and supervise team based administration of the care plan
- Explain the benefits of NuvoAir Medical’s technology and team based model to patients and support regular engagement with our team.
- Collaborate with referring physicians and other members of the care team
