Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in alliances, partner ecosystems, enterprise SaaS sales, or consulting, with a strong focus on GSIs.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling EMEA-wide partnerships that drive significant, measurable revenue.
  • Deep understanding of GSI operating models, including how they sell, deliver, and scale transformation programs globally.
  • Demonstrated success operating at the executive level, including influencing C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong leadership experience, including working with high-performing, geographically distributed teams in a player/coach environment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.

Responsibilities
  • Help define and execute Pigment’s EMEA GSI strategy, including partner segmentation, prioritization, and long-term value creation models.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships (C-suite and global practice leaders) across top-tier GSIs such as Deloitte, EY, PwC, and Accenture.
  • Establish and own EMEA joint business plans, including multi-year revenue targets, industry and use case solutions, geographic expansion, and joint assets.
  • Drive EMEA GTM strategy plus execution, ensuring tight alignment with regional leadership to accelerate pipeline creation and deal closure.
  • Lead EMEA governance frameworks with GSIs, including executive steering committees, QBRs, and performance management, aligning with NAMER peers for Global alignment.
  • Scale partner-enabled revenue by building repeatable industry solutions, delivery models, and service offerings in collaboration with GSIs.
  • Sponsor and guide global enablement programs to ensure GSI teams are trained, certified, and positioned to successfully sell and deliver Pigment solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to embed GSIs into Pigment’s global go-to-market engine.
  • Act as a key member of the EMEA GTM leadership team, contributing to broader company strategy and representing EMEA GSI Alliances at the executive level.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience working within a top-tier GSI (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC) in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in enterprise planning, FP&A, ERP, data platforms, or digital transformation ecosystems.
  • Background in scaling alliances within a high-growth or category-defining SaaS company.
  • Experience building global industry solutions and joint offerings with partners.
  • Strong network of senior relationships across GSIs and the broader enterprise technology ecosystem.
  • Experience presenting business cases and leading discussions with C-Level Executives of Global 2000 companies.

French AI startup Pigment nears $100M ARR, challenging Workday, Oracle and SAP

Pigment, a French AI startup co-founded by CEO Eléonore Crespo, is approaching $100 million in annual recurring revenue after doubling ARR for three consecutive years. The company has grown its enterprise customer base by 74%, with clients including Uber, Unilever, Anthropic and Siemens. Founded in 2019, Pigment offers an AI-native enterprise performance management platform that replaces spreadsheets and legacy planning tools across finance, sales, HR and supply chain. The company's latest product, a "Modeler Agent", allows users to generate production-ready applications using natural language, reducing build times from weeks to minutes. Pigment has raised nearly $400 million and crossed a $1 billion valuation in 2024, with backing from ICONIQ Growth, Meritech, IVP and others. More than half of 2025's new customers migrated from incumbent SaaS providers.

The company reports that 56% of new customers in the past year migrated from legacy vendors. The Paris-based company has launched a patent-pending Modeler Agent that enables teams to build complex planning models using natural language, reducing a process that typically takes weeks or months to hours or minutes. The agent translates business intent into production-ready models whilst maintaining enterprise governance and security controls. Pigment's enterprise customer base has grown to include Unilever, Anthropic and Siemens, with 57% of new revenue now coming from enterprise customers. The company is also introducing Custom Agents and an upgraded Analyst Agent as part of a unified AI experience.
