Requirements
  • 5+ years of Enterprise IT experience
  • 1+ year as a people manager, as you'll lead a small team
  • Technical expertise including Okta, Jira and Jamf
  • Player/coach ability to both lead and innovate while simultaneously completing day-to-day IT activities (e.g. SaaS application configurations or troubleshooting)
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, fail, and grow (professional growth mindset)
  • Exceptional customer service and people skills
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Knowledge of networking a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead our current Enterprise IT team and build out the team as the company grows
  • Own the ongoing deployment, monitoring, maintenance and support of all IT systems
  • Manage the implementation and configuration of SaaS applications within Okta to improve the delivery of services
  • Administer vendor, 3rd party service provider and consultant contracts
  • Partner with security teams to recommend and implement security measures that best protect data assets
  • Provide updates and effectively communicate across teams and throughout all levels of the company, including executive leadership
  • Address IT-related changes and support requests through optimal project management
  • Deliver training and support for technology platforms
