Responsibilities
  • Elevate the visual quality of Vogue's digital experience by owning the visual standard and ensuring layout, interaction, typography, hierarchy, rhythm and composition align with brand.

  • System fluency—refining or extending design systems, component libraries or token configurations to elevate quality.
  • Implementation quality—evidence that design intent carried through to production; collaboration with engineers and use of tokens to protect fidelity.
  • Visual judgement—strong hierarchy, rhythm, composition, and a clear point of view on what great looks like online.
  • Curiosity and progression—staying current, experimenting with new tools and technologies (including AI), and pushing craft forward.
  • Experience with AI tools and willingness to shape future practices.
