Responsibilities

  • Assist students with homework, academic enrichment, recreation, and various arts-based programming
  • Supervise all participants to ensure a safe learning environment and organized program
  • Supervise playground activities without engaging in the play
  • Maintain accurate daily attendance records
  • Assist with the planning of on-site and off-site events
  • Supervise a monthly field trip on weekend
  • Prepare educational/enrichment lesson plans according to established deadlines
  • Develop and implement small group enrichment activities, sports clubs or STEM projects
  • Adhere to workplace safety guidelines
