Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales engineer, customer success manager, or enablement professional within the enterprise SaaS space, ideally within cybersecurity or application security
  • 2+ years of progressive responsibility in SaaS Sales Engineering Leadership and/or technical enablement experience
  • Basic knowledge of Container technologies (Kubernetes, Serverless, Docker)
  • Proficient knowledge with Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.)
  • Awareness of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FIPS, STIG, PCI-DSS
Responsibilities
  • Build robust relationships with leadership and teams in Sales Engineering and Customer Success
  • Define the strategy/roadmap for Technical Enablement and manage competing priorities
  • Develop demo methodologies and certification programs
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams for technical field readiness
  • Provide structured feedback and coaching to technical teams
  • Design optimal learning experiences using adult learning theory principles
  • Develop a Sales Engineering-specific onboarding program
  • Build technical programming into LMS and track for completion
  • Deliver technical training in virtual and in-person environments
