Requirements
  • Have significant progressive HR experience, ideally within a multisite environment
  • Have up to date employment law knowledge in the UK & EU and experience working with internal and external legal teams on a variety of matters
  • Proven People Leadership and success in partnering with teams locally, regionally and internationally
  • Possess problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing ambiguity and analysing HR metrics to find root causes and develop short, medium and long-term plans
  • Demonstrate the ability to motivate and influence others
  • Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Have led complex change management and/or led key HR project implementations

Responsibilities
  • Support the executive team to help drive strategic growth plans and objectives across the organization
  • Partner with the EMEA Senior Leadership Team to assess their team capabilities: identify competencies and talent gaps, recommend employee development resources, and support talent assessment and succession planning
  • Be a trusted advisor to both managers and employees and provide leadership on all aspects of organizational effectiveness, including performance management, employee relations, compliance, coaching, employee culture, etc
  • Lead strategy for HR, full cycle recruitment, payroll, and facilities for the EMEA region
  • Partner with US-based Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, and L&D to ensure the EMEA region has the necessary support infrastructure to thrive
  • Liaise with internal and external legal counsel on all HR legal matters
  • Continue to refine roles and responsibilities of all functions to ensure optimal business growth and collaboration as well as performance expectations
  • Ensure and maintain the alignment of all corporate HR initiatives and programs that drive employee engagement and productivity, as well as implement and deliver HR programs for the business leaders
  • Lead on strategic initiatives/projects ensuring the appropriate shape, readiness, and implementation is undertaken
  • This role will require some travel throughout EMEA and occasional travel to the USA
