Internal Service Advisor

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Principal Purpose of Position: 

• Take incoming calls from  New and Used car managers who wish to organize service, maintenance and repairs to their inventory vehicles 
• Organize and book service, maintenance and repairs with the appropriate suppliers and vendors 
• Ensure that recovery vehicles are organized promptly 
• Schedule other ancillary services as required
• Keep New and Used Managers  and other interested parties informed of progress 
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• Highschool GED or equivalent  necessary
• Basic knowledge of an automobile , can identify most features and parts of the body and engine

Relevant Work Experience:

• Experience in a customer service related role is essential
• Must be adept in the use of a PC, internet and email and able to grasp new software applications easily and quickly. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, CDK and Outlook to an intermediate level

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $21.43 - $31.07 USD per hour.
