Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, partnering closely with managers and employees across the organization. Essential Job Functions:
- In charge of HR process design, optimization and daily operation efficiency in terms of employee life cycle in the company like on\off boarding process, termination process and guidance of cooperation among HR functions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of ER policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee relations issues, conflicts, and performance management matters in a fair and consistent manner.
- Act as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Responsible for applying HR process in Workday and shifting standard operation into SSC by partnering with IT team and SSC team.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 or above years of experience in HR or related roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- English can be used as a working language.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Location State(s)
CaliforniaThe base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $97,200 to $204,000 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
