  • You have a deep understanding of the media landscape in the UK, including digital
  • You have strong AV and audio planning skills and possess a current knowledge of industry trends
  • You have experience of and enjoy inspiring, coaching and guiding teams in the delivery of fantastic work and the transformation of the business
  • You have extensive media agency experience with AV
Responsibilities
  • Take an active role in the running of a portfolio of agency clients and the media deliverables for those clients, ensuring that commitments are delivered
  • Lead an account team at UM with responsibility for structure, resource and development
  • Ensure all operational processes and procedures are followed by your team, from finance to value pot allocation to sending approvals on time
  • Vendor commitment and deal management across all media channels
