  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline plus four years' experience in a service environment (non-manufacturing)
  • Experience with universally recognized standards and practices for quality management systems (QMS) applicable to non-manufacturing (service) industries (e.g., ISO 9001 standard, BIM ISO19650 standard)
  • Experience in development and implementation of training sessions, both in person and virtually
  • Proficiency with and/or understanding of the following tools and applications is required: Bluebeam. Experience with any of the following applications preferred: Revit Architecture, Revit Ability to travel on a limited basis. Ability to interpret data, conceptualize ideas, and prepare reports. Structure, Revit MEP, AutoCAD Architecture, BIM360, Green Building Studio, EcoTect, NavisWork Manage, 3D Studio Max Design, ProjectWise Navigator and Sharepoint, Bentley Architecture, Bentley Structure, Bentley MEP
  • Ability to prepare and implement in person and virtual training
  • Oral and written communications skills a must. Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines and work in a team environment essential
  • Requires strong PC skills and ability to work in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio and Teams
  • A minimum of one quality certification required (ASQ CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE, Six Sigma, etc.). Ability to travel on a limited basis. Ability to interpret data, conceptualize ideas, and prepare reports
  • May obtain within 6 month of start date
  • Implements, manages, maintains, and evaluates Design Application tools as needed to support QA methodology, managing and maintaining the US Regional Management System in line with the wider Engineering Services management system and aligned to ISO 9001:2015 and BIM ISO19650 expectations
  • Documents workflow processes with the defined Regional quality program procedures; including by not limited to the use of Bluebeam
  • Develops, implements, and oversees the enforcement of internal standards related to Design Application tools for Regional quality program quality control procedures
  • Acts as a technical expert and resource in the use of and support for Design Technology tools in the Regional quality programs defined procedures
  • Introduces and markets digital quality reviews and procedures internally and externally
  • Directly provides and/or arranges for training on quality processes using Design Application tools
  • Reviews and proposes upgrades for Design Technology quality procedures software, including but not limited to Bluebeam, Revit, NavisWork, BIM360
  • Maintains industry presence and involvement (e.g., through attendance at conferences, seminars, and workshops), acts as the firm's Bluebeam liaison
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of industry-wide trends and best practices; stays current with all relevant technological advances; communicates best practices and technological advances as appropriate within the firm; evaluates and makes recommendations for implementations as appropriate
  • Performs such other duties as the Supervisor may from time to time deem necessary
