Requirements
  • A completed vocational qualification or university degree, for example in quality management, process management, business informatics, healthcare information technology, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • Experience documenting, organizing, or administering software products, projects, requirements, or processes.
  • Understanding of software development processes, product management, and requirements management; release and change-management experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or comparable tools for task management, documentation, and collaboration.
  • A careful, structured, independent working style with high accuracy and the ability to understand interrelationships.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
  • Interest in quality-related, organizational, and regulatory topics.
Responsibilities
  • Structure and maintain the ORBIS AddOns product portfolio, including product master data, product information, releases, changes, and lifecycle documentation.
  • Ensure traceable product documentation, versioning, templates, checklists, and standards.
  • Support product approvals, release documentation, change records, and internal reviews in close coordination with product owners, development, service, support, and QARA.
  • Coordinate and update requirements, epics, stories, and tasks in JIRA, ensuring links between requirements, implementation, and documentation.
  • Prepare status information, overviews, and decision-making materials for product owners, team leads, and management.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and support the establishment of standardized working methods usable across teams.
  • Actively shape a structured, transparent, and professional product and process organization for a growing healthcare information technology portfolio.
