- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or comparable tools for task management, documentation, and collaboration.
- A careful, structured, independent working style with high accuracy and the ability to understand interrelationships.

- Structure and maintain the ORBIS AddOns product portfolio, including product master data, product information, releases, changes, and lifecycle documentation.
- Ensure traceable product documentation, versioning, templates, checklists, and standards.
- Support product approvals, release documentation, change records, and internal reviews in close coordination with product owners, development, service, support, and QARA.
- Coordinate and update requirements, epics, stories, and tasks in JIRA, ensuring links between requirements, implementation, and documentation.
- Prepare status information, overviews, and decision-making materials for product owners, team leads, and management.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and support the establishment of standardized working methods usable across teams.
- Actively shape a structured, transparent, and professional product and process organization for a growing healthcare information technology portfolio.
- Release and change-management experience.
